Shane specialises in Payroll Tax, Fuel Tax Credits, GST and Workers' Compensation insurance premium liability.

John Walden B.Bus (Acc), FCPA - Director

John specialises in R&D Incentives, Fuel Tax Credits and Payroll Tax. Prior to joining ITC Group, John was a Senior Indirect Tax Manager at two of the Big 4 accounting firms. He also had 5 years experience in the ATO.

Steve Callanan B.Ec, TIA - Director

Steve has over 25 years experience in indirect taxes in the information technology, importing, mining, Sydney Olympic Games (SOCOG), manufacturing and service industries. Before joining ITC Group, Steve had 7 years experience with a Big 4 accounting firm in Sydney as the Senior Indirect Taxes Manager. Steve now specialises primarily in GST consulting, WET, non-resident withholding taxes and Land Tax.

Steve Baxter B.Ec, ACA - Associate Director

Steve was an Associate Director at a Big 4 accounting firm before joining ITC Group. He assisted medium and large corporations and government agencies to implement GST in Australia. Steve specialises in GST, fuel tax credits, land tax, luxury car tax and Malaysian and Indian GST. Steve is a member of the Australian Federal Treasurer's Board of Taxation Advisory Panel and the Institute of Chartered Accountants' National Indirect Tax Committee.

Jeff Nottle B.Ec (Acc), FTIA – Associate Director

Jeff has over 24 years indirect tax and business consulting experience gained as a Director of a Big 4 accounting firm and in industry. Jeff led the indirect tax reform program for one of the largest corporations in Australia and represented industry in negotiations with the ATO & Treasury. Jeff now specialises in Fuel Tax Credits and GST.
